Two weeks before the state championship in Taylor the Arizona Barbeque Associaiton is going to hold a BBQ seminar. Learn how to BBQ from some of the best BBQers that the state has to offer. Teachers will be made up of award winning BBQ teams as well as local competition teams and backyard BBQers. Class will cover how to control your smoker, meat preparation, BBQ rubs and sauces, and training for the four KCBS meat categories. The class will be designed for people who are new to BBQ and experienced BBQers who are looking for tips and pointers. Come and camp out on Friday night and spend the day learning about BBQ on Saturday.

Cost for the class is $100 per person and the meat will be supplied. Learn to cook chicken, ribs, pork, and brisket with the best of em. You dont have a smoker you say??? Not a problem.
